Complaints in respect of service will be reviewed by our customer services department and we promise to respond to you within one hours whenever possible.
Complaints in respect of the quality of the products you receive will be forwarded to our Processing Team for review and we promise whenever possible to respond to you with one hours.
In Case of any refund subject to the approval of our team it may take 2-3 working days to initiate the refund request and you will receive a refund confirmation message / mail within that period. Please note in such cases, the concerned banks may take 4-7 working days to post a credit to your account
We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
